ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c mang \u0111\u1ebfn nhi\u1ec1u \u0111i\u1ec1u ch\u1ec9nh linh ho\u1ea1t v\u00e0 th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf h\u01a1n trong c\u00f4ng t\u00e1c k\u00ea \u0111\u01a1n thu\u1ed1c ngo\u1ea1i tr\u00fa, gi\u00fap ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh\u2014\u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n m\u1ea1n t\u00ednh v\u00e0 b\u1ec7nh hi\u1ec3m ngh\u00e8o\u2014ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m th\u1eddi gian, chi ph\u00ed \u0111i l\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n k\u00ea \u0111\u01a1n \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1ec7nh m\u1ea1n t\u00ednh th\u00f4ng d\u00e0i th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n k\u00ea \u0111\u01a1n l\u00ean \u0111\u1ebfn <strong>30 ng\u00e0y<\/strong>, t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i cho b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb d\u00e0i h\u1ea1n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 thu\u1ed1c gi\u1ea3m \u0111au g\u00e2y nghi\u1ec7n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n giai \u0111o\u1ea1n cu\u1ed1i:<\/strong> Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e9p \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi nh\u00e0 nh\u1eadn thu\u1ed1c gi\u1ea3m \u0111au g\u00e2y nghi\u1ec7n m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n ph\u1ea3i tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp l\u00fd \u0111\u1eb7c th\u00f9 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e9p k\u00ea \u0111\u01a1n tr\u00ean 30 ng\u00e0y.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e1c s\u0129 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c k\u00ea \u0111\u01a1n chia th\u00e0nh <strong>3 \u0111\u1ee3t (m\u1ed7i \u0111\u1ee3t 30 ng\u00e0y)<\/strong>, t\u1ed5ng th\u1eddi gian \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb t\u1ed1i \u0111a l\u00ean \u0111\u1ebfn <strong>90 ng\u00e0y<\/strong> cho
